      • Handwashing sink was obstructed by a dish drying rack stored inside. Manager moved dish drying rack away from hand sink. Corrected. Do not obstruct handwashing sinks. Keeping hand sinks unobstructed facilities employee hand washing.
      • Comments Routine inspection conducted today. All freezers measured at lower than -18°C. Temperature logs up to date. 2-compartment sink available. No signs of pests activity. Food sampling at store is done once a month. Facility is very clean and well-maintained. Note: Manager onsite is in process of renewing Food Safe level 1 certification. Was not able to provide one valid certificate at time of inspection. Email Environmental Health Officer of the new certificate by July 17, 2026.
