      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two block of cheese noted at room temperature temp 17 oC and 19 oC - been out for 3 hrs
      • Corrective Action(s): - Do not store foods ( Potentially hazardous foods) at room temperature - discard those temp abused cheese

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Washed dishware are noted on cloth towel
      • Corrective Action(s): - Do not put cleaned dishware on cloth towel- use drying racks or leave the dishwasher door open till dishware are air dried
      • -Provide enough drying racks ( on counter ones or carts on wheel )
