      • 2. Rodent droppings observed in the bins holding equipment
      • 3. Walk in coolers and freezer grills observed to be a little dusty
      • Corrective Action(s): 1 and 2. Please remove all the equipment on the floor and reoganize the back storage so equipment aren't stored on the ground. Please and disinfect area where rodent droppings are found. Bleach water solution 1part bleach to 10parts water.
