      • A portion of weatherstripping is missing on the exit door. Ensure the weatherstripping is replaced or repaired to prevent the entry of pests.

      • At the time of inspection,The lower drawer was under repair. Signs were posted not to store any food in the lower unit.The rest of the cooler was maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.Ensure the drawer is fixed to maintain the cooler temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or less. Ensure the drawer is only used once it is in proper working condition.

      • The cold holding unit containing coleslaw is at 9*C. The lid of the coleslaw container is not properly placed.Ensure food held cold is maintained at 4* C or less. Ensure the lid is replaced after use to maintain the food cold.

The staff discarded the food, which was in the drawer.Ensure the drawer is fixed to maintain the cooler temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or less. Ensure the drawer is not used until it is in proper working condition.Obtain a thermometer for the coolers underneath the grill.
