     • Observation: Observed trays of food cooling on top of supply and ingredient boxes. Cardboard boxes have noticeable food and grease build up. Build up of food and grease can act as a reservoir for bacteria and can lead to cross contamination of food.
     • Corrective Action: Operator to provide equipment necessary to maintain food premises in sanitary condition.
