  - Observation: Multiple vaccuum packaged meats in two different coolers had no labels:
  - 1) display cooler labelled "European Smoke House" had smoked meats (bacon, sausages), salami, pork, etc. with no labels
  - 2) Other glass door cooler along the same wall had multiple packaged raw meats with no labels
  - Corrective Action(s): Spoke to operator over the phone who indicated that some meats in the European Smoke House cooler were from "Arctic Meats" and others were from another store located in another province. However, the staff on site was only able to provide an invoice from Arctic Meats for some of the items.
  - All unlabelled meat items must be accounted for; owner to send copy of invoices for all products.
