- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the start of the inspection, the low temperature dishwasher was not able to dispense 50 ppm chlorine sanitizing concentration on plate surface during final rinse cycle. The chemical sanitizer container connected to the dishwasher was empty.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff replaced the empty chemical container with a new sanitizer container. Final sanitizing concentration registered at 50 ppm chlorine on plate surface.
- Ensure that all dishes that were washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried today are run through the low temperature dishwasher again today.

- 2. Clean out pipe access in the bathroom and underneath the hand sink in the kitchen have open spaces.

- 1. Install weather strip or door sweeper to close the gap on the bottom of the screen door.
- 2. Install cover for the holes noted above.
