- Observation: 1.Gap behind the hand sink had sprayed hardened foam was not smooth or easily cleanable material. Gap also can allow pests to enter countertop.
- 2. Paper linings for the bottome of the Hussman cooler and inside the cabinet underneath the sink areas.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Fix and correct and close the gap to provide a surface that is smooth, durable and non-absorbent. (Do not use foam)
