      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer not used for disinfect surfaces. Operator took a bottle of bleach from the shelf but has not been diluted for proper use. Operator mixed a container of 100pp bleach at time of inspection when instructed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station was blocked by dishes (2 mugs). Ensure station is not blocked. Dishes were removed by operator when notified.

      • Observation: 1.Gap behind the hand sink had sprayed hardened foam was not smooth or easily cleanable material. Gap also can allow pests to enter countertop.
      • 2. Paper linings for the bottome of the Hussman cooler and inside the cabinet underneath the sink areas.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Fix and correct and close the gap to provide a surface that is smooth, durable and non-absorbent. (Do not use foam)
