- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple QUATS spray bottles tested, QUATS ranged from 0-100ppm. Operator do not have QUATS test strips to measure the QUATS concentration from the main dispenser. Operator indicated that QUATS solution are replaced every few days.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all QUATS spray bottles can achieve >200ppm in concentration. Operator must obtain QUATS test strips to test concentration of QUATS when dispensing from the main dispenser. QUATS must be changed out daily to ensure concentration is maintained.
- EHO measured the QUATS dispenser to be >200ppm. Operator replaced all QUATS spray bottle in the kitchen.
