     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher unable to reach >71C on plate surface. After multiple cycles, a highest temperature of 66.8C was reached.
     • Corrective Action(s): High temperature dishwasher must be able to reach >71C on plate surface to achieve sanitation on the plates. In the meantime use the dishwasher for washing and rinsing, but use the 2 compartment sink to sanitize all dishes.
     • Violation Score: 5
     • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap is missing form the main handwash station.
     • Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must always supply hot/cold water, soap and paper towel. Operator obtained new liquid soap for the hand wash station.
