      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Scoop at brew bar and its holder had milk residue. This is a utensil that has direct contact with ice.
      • 2. Brew bar dispensing area (ice coffee) has spill from dispensing area, to counter to floor. Spill appears partially dried up and is from last night, >4-6hrs ago. From last night shift. Station is being actively used.
      • 3. Soda station at front: wet receipt dated 08/06/2023 found inside ice for consumption.
      • 4. Drink dispensing area, plastic around single use containers and McFlurry area all covered in layers of food debris. From last night shift.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Milk scoop was cleaned during the inspection, thank you.
      • 2, 3. Clean entire brew bar area. Do not serve until this is cleaned up. This was done during the inspection, thank you.

      • Corrective Action(s): Re-install the mechanical dishwasher. Ensure sanitizing step in the final rinse meet industry required standards. If the new install is different than the previous unit, call your health inspector to confirm.

Toppled boxes in the dry storage area.
      • 2. Back receiving area has a lot of debris, crumbs and litter in corners and at the back. Could use sweeping, cleaning and power washing. Back seal is good.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff wiped up majority of spills and corrected this during the inspection. Thank you.

      • Freezer lid for burger storage – falls off when opened.
      • Ice cooler lid also falls off when opened.
      • May be safety issue for staff, also difficult to use.
      • Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher: Install digital gauge where staff can read and monitor readings to ensure proper wash and sanitation temperatures are reached.
