      • The ice machine was fixed with duct tapes and cardboards.- Remove tapes and cardboards as those are not cleanable. Repair the machine, so the surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Heavy grease built up and food debris were noted throughout the facility, including in the cookline, under the line cooler, under the dishwasher.Heavy dust accumulation was noted on the ceiling. Mice droppings were noted in the pop drink room. - Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen
