      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pails (2) storing cotton wiping cloths do not have an adequate concentration of sanitizer (below 200ppm concentration).
      • Corrective Action(s): Employees replaced the sanitizer solutions during inspection. Concentrations of fresh solution are 200+ppm. Please ensure to change the sanitizer solutions frequently to ensure adequate sanitizing of food contact surfaces throughout the day.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rear hand-washing station was obstructed at time of inspection (a container of pilaf rice was being stored on the countertop, blocking the sink basin.
      • Corrective Action(s): Employee repositioned the food container to remove the obstruction. This infraction has been observed in previous inspections. Ensure all staff are trained to keep the designated hand-washing stations free of obstructions at all times. Additionally, re-organize the overhead storage shelves to ensure that no items inhibit overhead access to the hand-wash station.
