- Observation: 0 ppm chlorine detected at the glasswasher. Concentration was approximately 200 ppm at the jug (before dilution).
- Corrective Action(s): Obtain new sanitizer and ensure the concentration coming out of the glasswasher is 50-100 ppm chlorine. Until new sanitizer is supplied, manually sanitize all glasses in a bleach solution for 30 seconds after running them through the glasswasher. Prepare the bleach solution by mixing 1/2 tsp (1/2 cap) 5% household bleach per 1L water. Allow glasses to air dry before using. Correct as soon as possible.
