      • Baby room: observed expired antiseptic wipes and benzalkonium chloride wipes in the first aid kit in the emergency backpack. Please replace the wipes and ensure first aid kits are inspected and restocked on a monthly basis.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the laundry room. Replace the ceiling tiles. Owner indicated that snow melt caused damage to the tiles and that they are working from the roof down first.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Improper toy washing procedures are in place, Owner indicated they wash/sanitize with vinegar and don't use bleach. Ensure the following procedure is being followed: wash toys with detergent, rinse toys with warm water, spray or immerse toys for at least 2 minutes with 100 ppm chlorine, leave toys out to air dry.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Faucet in children's bathroom is loose - please secure.
