Dairy fridge in store not holding <=4C / 40F in product. Two small containers to be discarded. Have unit adjusted / serviced and holding <4C / 40F before reuse for potentially hazardous foods (operator managing issue).

- Correct function of hot water supply at recreational hall and ensure adequate supply at all times. Provide >=330 Lux illumination in storage shed behind foodservice building by installation of ceiling fixture.
- 29(3) - FAILING TO IDENTIFY CLEANING & SANITIZING AGENT USED IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING CONCENTRATIONS AND USES, IN MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.

- 19(2)(a) - FAILING TO PROVIDE POTABLE HOT & COLD WATER AT ADEQUATE PRESSURE & VOLUME WITH APPROPRIATE FACILITIES TO STORE & DISTRIBUTE WATER & CONTROL TEMPERTURES.
A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
- Follow Boil Water Advisory precautions while advisory in place for the store water system. Maintain sign posted at staff washroom sink to advise users. Have any corrective actions & sampling required performed to have boil water advisory removed by inspector.
- 19(2)(a) - FAILING TO PROVIDE POTABLE HOT & COLD WATER AT ADEQUATE PRESSURE & VOLUME WITH APPROPRIATE FACILITIES TO STORE & DISTRIBUTE WATER & CONTROL TEMPERTURES.
