     • Observation: Large number of mouse droppings noted underneath the cake decorating cabinets. Observed multiple snap traps placed, several have been set off and one has caught a mouse. Pest control company currently coming in twice a month and is aware of/working on issue.
     • Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and debris under these cabinets and have all traps that have been set off reset. Due: Tomorrow (Jan 7th, 2022).
     • Continue to work with pest control company and follow through with their recommendation to eliminate pests asap.
