      • Observation:
      • There is a space at the base of the front door and the side door (by the staff washrooms), which could allow rodents in. This was mentioned in the last inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Immediately install door guards/sweeps on the base of the mentioned doors, to prevent the entry of pests.

      • Immediately repaire the drain pipe so it no longer leaks. Clean the exterior surface of the drain pipe to remove the accumulated food and debris on it.

      • Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize the mentioned areas to remove the dust, mould, cobwebs, and flour. Add these surfaces/areas to your regular cleaning schedule to prevent build up.
