     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO cooked pizza was at temperatures of 45, 55 and 54 degrees Celsius.
     • CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Hot holding units were increased in temperature to ensure pizza slices increased in temperatures.

     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hot holding unit is hot prior to placing pizza on the surfaces. Ensure temperatures are hotter in future.
