- 1. Observed deli meat thawing in standing water. Proper thawing methods require food to be thawed under continuous cold running water or under refrigeration to prevent temperature abuse. During the inspection, the deli meat was moved into the refrigerator for appropriate thawing.

- There is no sanitization procedure being conducted for dishwashing. Only soap and water is being used. The residential dishwasher is also in disrepair.Please either:- Use 100 ppm chlorine or 77 degrees C for sanitization step.Please also repair or replace the residential dishwasher.

- Maximum water temperature was 30.6 degrees C from the faucet. Staff reported that maintenance will be stopping by to correct the issue.
