      • Corrective Action(s): *Use only food-grade, no-rinse sanitizer chemicals (ie. chlorine bleach/water solution) for sanitizing surfaces and when warewashing kitchen equipment

      • *Do not place trays of dough on the garbage cans due to risk of contamination.
