      • Corrective Action(s): -Machine was primed and sanitizer level returned to >50ppm. Ensure minimum daily testing of sanitizer level. Twice daily is best. Operator has test strips.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer supply for the low-temp dishwashing machine was empty at onset of inspection (0ppm chlorine)
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced sanitizer supply with a fresh container while-onsite and primed the supply pump.
      • Dishwashing machine is now providing 50+ppm chlorine residual during the rinse cycle
      • *Ensure to monitor sanitizer supply levels on a daily basis. Replace the sanitizer supply container when the liquid level drops to 25%.
