      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer available on site. Operator prepared a fresh 200ppm Quats at this time and was advised to have all prep surfaces sanitized using the solution. WARNING.
      • Corrective Action(s): Surface sanitizer must be available at all times during operation, as reiterated at this time. Repeat violation .Failure to comply in future inspections may result in further enforcement action (i.e. issuance of violation ticket(s)).

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink did not have liquid soap available. A liquid pump soap was placed at the station at this time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times. Use the liquid pump soap until a new stock of soap (automated dispenser) arrives.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS surface sanitizer not readily available at time of inspection. Wiping cloths at the coffee bar were not submerged in a solution, and spray bottle used for QUATS solution was empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): There must be a sanitizer solution readily available at all times. Wiping cloths at the coffee bar must be fully submerged in the solution so that they are ready to use.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At start of inspection, access to back handsink was obstructed by a large waste bin. Handsink closest to coffee bar was missing liquid soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff relocated large waste bin, and added more hand soap. Do not block access to handsinks.

      • Observation: - High temperature dishwasher is not meeting the
      • minimum sanitzing temperature. After 4 runs. the
      • maximum temperature reached was 69.3 degrees C. Final
      • rinse temperature at the plate level must be 71 degrees C.
      • -->Corrective action: Service the D/W ASAP. Must be
      • capable of reaching 71 degrees C upon
      • final rinse.
      • - Single use/ disposable dishware and cutlery until
      • serviced and follow-up takes place.
      • - All previously washed dishware today must be
      • sanitized again.

      • faucet, significantly affecting under the basin.
      • --> Corrective action: repair faucet so it no longer
      • leaks.
      • - Cold water at this sink was previously turned
      • off to prevent leaking. All handsinks must
      • be fully supplied with running hot and cold water.
