      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwashing stations available at the front- sandwich prep area- were not equipped with paper towels. As per staff, paper towels are to be delivered today. Staff was advised to place napkins as a temporary measure.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times. Do not use reusable towels to dry hands as discussed at this time.

    • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: No Foodsafe level 1 certified staff available on site.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have at least one Foodsafe level 1 certified staff working for each shift. Have at least one more staff register for the course and notify the health inspector.
