      • Corrective Action(s): Employee opened the hot water supply valve to the hand-sink during inspection. Hot water supply has now been restored.
      • Ensure hot and cold water is available at this sink for hand-washing purposes. If faucet handles are leaking, repair or replace the faucet.

      • Premises is a bit cluttered and discorganized. Personal items stored among business items in back storage room; large number of empty buckets stored in back room; and items stored on floor that make it difficult to clean areas (dust & spider webs present).
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Re-organize back storage area so there is a designated side/shelf or area where all personal items are stored to clearly separate business items (food). Return empty buckets more frequently and discard excess/extra items and/or old, unused items to declutter space and make it easier to clean and store items off the floor.
