      • - Pre-empt CS20 was available but equipment is not being fully immersed in the high-level disinfectant during the disinfection process. Ensure equipment is fully immersed in solution.- Disinfection records were not available. Ensure records are kept of: test dates, whether the solution passed/failed, when the disinfectant was changed and the worker’s initials who performed the activity.
