      • -under the bar ice countertop (in cracks/crevices and hard to reach areas)
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas on a more frequent basis. Ensure that cleaning is audited by management.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the glasswasher is tested DAILY. Machine must measure 12-25 ppm iodine at the glass surface to be used on a daily basis.

      • Observation: Several inserts of drink garnishes were stored in ice in the ice well. This ice was not separated from ice used for customer drinks.
