    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The temperature for the sandwich prep cooler was found to be at 9 C. Check was done with IR thermometer as well as a metal stem thermometer. All food items were moved to another cooler. Milton will put in a request for a work order to have the cooler checked and serviced / repaired as needed. Please correct by June 30 2025.Hot holding temperatures were above 60 C.
