      • The soup and sandwich insert cooler temperature is not being maintained below 4 C. The temperature was measured and found to be from 8 C to 12 C.Food items were moved from the cooler to a different cooler except the portions in the top inserts. The temperature will be monitored to determine if the proper temperature is achieved and if not a maintenance request will be put in to have the cooler serviced, repaired or replaced. Correct by Friday Jan 10 2025.Friday Jan 10I spoke with Pankaj and he stated that the cooler is not being used and a work order has been put in for the cooler to be repaired. Pankaj will let me know when repairs are completed.I spoke with Pankaj and he stated that they are waiting on parts for the cooler for repairs.
