- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed build up of food debris inside black bucket style container used at front line cooler used to hold clean sandwich knives and similar tools. Two utensils in this bucket also had visible food residue on them. No sandwich preparation was being done at time of inspection. Area of concern shown to staff who set the bucket and utensils in dishwashing area for cleaning.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure these utensils and bucket are cleaned on a regular basis as they are used to either store food contact surfaces (bucket) or contact food directly (knives, etc).
