     • Post handwash procedure sign at handwash and ensure dedicated use. Provide paper toweling / dispenser suitable for dispenser in use /product for functional use.
   • 49(1)(a) - INADEQUATE STORAGE OF FOOD & PACKAGING. An operator must ensure that food ingredients and food packaging materials must be stored in a dry storage room or designated area that a) protects the food ingredient or food packaging material from contamination;
     • All food & packaging must be stored >=6 in./15cm.off of the floor. Food & packaging must be stored on smooth, impervious, and easily cleanable surfaces (not bare wood). Paint /varnish or relocate to other appropriate shelving / storage.
