      • Containers/equipment are not being sanitized after washing. Use bleach in 3rd sink after washing/rinsing. Containers/equipment on drying rack are visibly dirty and require rewashing/sanitizing. Discard broken/cracked containers. Discard sponges and discontinue use. Cleaning required of the floor of the walk-in freezer.

Small refrigerated prep. table not holding <= 4C in foods Small amount of potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) discarded and other foods recently placed were relocated to working fridge. Rear storage fridge not functioning. Operator to ensure adequate refrigeration capacity for storage. Two door fridge not holding <=4C in foods PHF's recently placed were relocated. Fix fridge before reuse. Operator to manage issue.
