- Expired AHP sanitizer product in use removed and supply replenished during inspection (corrected). Grease trap below 3 compartment sink must be properly sealed. Repair / replace to meet all plumbing code requirement. Replace broken thermometer front undercounter fridge. Educate staff to not wear jewelry and ensure followed. Male washroom was due for routine cleaning.

- Increased size / volume of dumpster(s) appeared to be required to prevent overflows into building and / or frequencies for disposal increased.
