    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Two beef rolls and 3 spinach quiches were stored at room temperature. As per staff on duty, these are reheated on order and served to the customer.
      • 2) There was a cheeseburger, a ciabatta sandwich and 2 types of wraps on display at room temperature as well. As per staff, these are for display only and are relocated to the cooler at the end of the day and brought out again the next day for display. They're discarded within 2-3 days of being used for display only.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Beef rolls and spinach quiches were discarded. You cannot store potentially hazardous foods at room temperature. These must be stored under refrigeration (at or below 4 degC) or hot held (at or above 60 degC) at all times.
      • 2) Any items stored at ambient temperature for display purposes must be discarded at the end of the day.

      • Observation: Scoop for the ice was stored on the counter
      • Corrective Action(s): Store the scoop inside a clean, empty container. Wash the container regularly.

      • Observation: Staff couldn't located the temperature log.
      • Corrective Action(s): Cooler temperatures must be recorded daily.
