      • Corrective Action(s): Maintain logs daily. Check and record the temperature of the foods in the warmer, not the water temperature.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The soap dispenser is blocked by the hot water urn at the hand sink in the front service area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Relocate the dispenser or move the urn so that the soap dispenser is easily accessible.

    • 103 - Failure to hold a valid permit while operating a food service establishment [s. 8(1)]
      • Observation: Permit fee is still outstanding.
      • Corrective Action(s): Pay the fee and post the decal on the permit once you receive it.

      • Observation: Chemicals and/or broom are stored on top of food bins.
      • Corrective Action(s): Re-arrange the storage area and cupboard. Store all non-food items separately as discussed.

      • Observation: A temperature log is not being maintained daily. Some days are missing data. Hot holding temperatures are not being monitored or recorded.
      • Corrective Action(s): Purchase a probe thermometer if you don't have one and start taking and recording hot holding temperatures as well. Ensure staff is maintaining the log daily and not skipping days.

      • Corrective Action(s): Get the exhaust hood serviced. Remove and clean the baffles between services.
