      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no soap available at the hand sink in the front service area. Operator provided soap during the inspection. The hand sink was blocked with a board that was used for repackaging food items.
      • Corrective Action(s): Once you've finished repackaging, remove the board. Ensure that the handsink is never blocked and is available for handwashing at all times. The hand sink must also be equipped with liquid "pump" soap and paper towels at all times.

      • for 4 L of water. Bleach was available on site.
