      • 2. Scoops (disposable containers and tin cans) was observed to be stored directly in bulk food items.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure that all food items are stored off the floor to prevent from contamination.
      • 2. Scoops were discarded during the inspection. Do not re-use tin cans as scoops. Please ensure that scoops are stored in a sanitary manner outside of the bulk food items.

      • Observation: As per our last inspection conducted in November, 2017 - the facility is still not maintenance in a sanitary condition.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please clean all contact food surfaces, mirrors, walls, display coolers, tables, food preparation area. Big clean up will be required. Area than you need to painted please complete this by our next inspection. If you do not comply with this inspection report, corrective order will be issued.
