- Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff immediately prepared a fresh sanitizer solution during the inspection. When retested, the sanitizer solution detected 200 ppm QUATS.

- 3. Scoops were observed to be stored directly in bulk food items.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Raw chicken was moved to the bottom shelf of walk-in cooler during the inspection. Ensure that raw chicken is always stored on the bottom shelves of coolers.
- 2 & 3. Cracked container was discarded by staff during the inspection. Obtain new scoops for bulk food items, do not use single-use containers. Ensure that scoop handles are stored outside of food items to prevent contamination.

- Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2. Contact technician to service both the prep cooler and the dishwashing unit. Ensure that they are both in good working order and not leaking. Staff stated that the technician for the dishwasher has already been contacted and that they will service the unit this Friday.
