      • The Quat sanitizer in the spray bottles were measured 0ppm.New solutions were prepared from the main dispenser, but the Quat was still measuring near 0 ppm.Thus, the Quat was manually mixed, and the solution was tested at 200ppm.-Ensure that the Quat sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm.-Fix the dispenser.

      • Bowls were used to scoop the dry ingredients from the bins. Bowls were stored inside the dry ingredients.Use utensils with handles to minimize contamination.
