      • The chlorine sanitizer solution was measured above 200-ppm (bleaching out).

      • The wrong test strips for sanitizer were available on site. Test strips for QUATS was provided while a chlorine sanitizer was being used. Please ensure to obtain the correct test strips for the sanitizer used.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The residential fridge was measured at 8°C. Raw Pork BBQ Skewers, Raw Chicken, Cut Onions and Vegetables, and Spring Rolls were measured at 10-12C; these food items were discarded during the inspection. There was no other functional cooler available during the inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The soap and paper towels in the handwashing station was not in dispensers.
