- The wrong test strips for sanitizer were available on site. Test strips for QUATS was provided while a chlorine sanitizer was being used. Please ensure to obtain the correct test strips for the sanitizer used.

- The residential fridge was measured at 8°C. Raw Pork BBQ Skewers, Raw Chicken, Cut Onions and Vegetables, and Spring Rolls were measured at 10-12C; these food items were discarded during the inspection. There was no other functional cooler available during the inspection.
