      • Build-up of grease and debris below sinks in Outtakes area, specifically beside and around the large grease interceptor.Clean noted areas.Ensure all areas are maintained.

      • **Corrected**Scoop handle was in direct contact with the cheese in the prep cooler located beside the ventilation hood in the kitchen. - Operator stored the scoop with handle upright to prevent contamination. **Please ensure that scoops are stored with their handles upright or in a separate food grade container to prevent cross contamination**
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning required in the following areas:- Underneath the deep fryer as it had a significant grease build up. - Underneath the dishwashing sinks beside grease trap as it was visibly dirty.- Exhaust system and its pipes on the kitchen ceiling had significant dust accumlation.- Poptopia area was visibly dirty.

      • 1. At the time of inspection, no sanitizer solution was made available at the Outtakes kiosk2. Bucket of sanitizer was filled with detergent instead of sanitizer in the Concession area. Corrected during inspection
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Soap dispenser at the Starbucks kiosk was empty. Corrected during inspection
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Replace door sweep for double doors that access into the mall area
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • - There was popcorn debris on equipment in the concession area. June 20, 2024- Accumulation of debris under pallets in the day storage area- Cleaning required in the pop bib storage room
