      • Observation: No active sanitizer available on site. (Public Health Significance) Sanitizing solutions must be strong enough to destroy bacteria on surfaces to prevent the contamination of staff, clients or food on contact with the improperly cleaned surface.
      • Corrective Action: Purchase sanitizer appropriate for the premises. Examples include but may not be limited to 200 ppm unscented bleach, 200 ppm QUAT, etc. Follow manufacturer's specifications for mixing or reach out to the EHO if there are any questions.
