- Observation(s): NEW INFRACTION: A food grade sanitizer must be used to sanitize the dispensing nozzles on the slushie machine after they have been washed. NOTE: At the time of inspection there was no sanitizer available in the premises. A sanitizer must be used to sanitize food contact surfaces etc. after washing.
- F2.3C Clean in place warewashing procedures must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
- F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
