- ***Emergency medications were being stored within reach of the children. Discussed that emergency medication was to be available but out of reach for the children. It was moved during the inspection.

- ***Sanitizer was not available. Cleaning cloths were being stored in a non sanitizing solution. Fresh sanitizer was made up during the inspection.***Cleaning cloths were not being stored in the sanitizing solution (sanitizing solution had not been made up for the facility prior to the inspection). Ensure cleaning cloths that are re-used are stored in a sanitizer solution between uses.

- ***The toilet paper was not in the dispensers. Discussed and they did not have a copy of the janitor key to be able to stock. Before this report was done they had sent a picture of the stocking key. -corrected.
