- ***There were no chlorine test strips for checking the bleach sanitizer concentration in the third sink.

- ***The expired FHP was posted. Checked the e-mail address and it was correct. Sent another copy and it was printed during the inspection.

- ***Lights were not covered/protected from breakage. Discussed that the fixture covers, or tube covers or shatterproof bulbs were needed. They will let the school maintenance know of the problem.
