- An EASYLOG USB 1 PRO High Temperature Data Logger was used to measure the temperature of the dishwasher in the kitchen. The maximum temperature was measured at 66.8 degrees Celsius which is below the required minimum 71 degrees Celsius sanitizing temperature for a high temperature dishwasher. Please repair the dishwasher to meet the 71 degrees Celsius minimum required temperature or replace the unit to ensure proper sanitizing of dishes in the facility.
