- Have foodhandler obtain acceptable food hygiene training course certificate and ensure 1 person with valid certificate on-site at all times.
- 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
- Educate staff on proper manual dishwashing methods of wash, rinse, sanitize & air dry & ensure followed. Cease use of common dish drying towels. Post proper equipment & dishware washing procedure & handwashing procedure signs (provided during inspection). Acquire test strips or kit to measure chlorine sanitizer.
