    • 28(2) - OPEPRATOR FAILING TO HAVE MEMBER OF PERSONNEL WHO HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING PROGRAM PRESENT WHILE OPERATOR IS ABSENT FROM FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
      • Have foodhandler obtain acceptable food hygiene training course certificate and ensure 1 person with valid certificate on-site at all times.
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Educate staff on proper manual dishwashing methods of wash, rinse, sanitize & air dry & ensure followed. Cease use of common dish drying towels. Post proper equipment & dishware washing procedure & handwashing procedure signs (provided during inspection). Acquire test strips or kit to measure chlorine sanitizer.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Potentially hazardous food left out at room temperature was discarded during inspection. Operator will keep in refrigerator to manage issue.

    • 19(2)(b) - FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED AND APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Correct function of liquid soap dispenser (corrected). Install / provide dedicated handwash sink with mixable hot / cold water, fully plumbed, and with dispenser, handwash procedure sign and waste receptacle all within reach of the user.
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Single door fridge not holding temperature in all areas. Cease use of door for storage. Do not block air flow / circulation.
    • 8(2) - FAILING TO POST PERMIT IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
      • Post valid permit for public viewing.
