- The standing cooler being used for dairy and other items was observed pulled away from the wall and was found to be at a temperature of 7-10C. Unit was producing a lot of heat. All perishable items were moved to the walk-in cooler, and no perishable items can be stored in this cooler unit until it is capable of maintaining 4C or colder at all times.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The customer hand washing sink was not stocked with paper towel.
