     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooler located at the serving line measuted at 7.1C
     • Corrective Action(s): Inspector placed a probed thermometer in the cooler and waited for about 25min, however ambient temperature did not go down. Temperature log showed cooler was below 4C in the morning.
     • Staff was instructed to relocate all protencial hazardous foods to another cooler, please note that if this violation observed again, all protentially hazardous foods will be discarded

     • Observation: Cooler measured at 7.1C
