      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - This is a repeat violation, chemical dishwasher had only 25ppm chlorine at the plate surface (minimum 50ppm)
      • - Chlorine in spray bottle was tested 0ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): - After multiple attempts (ran the machine for 7 times and swtiched to a new chlorine sanitizer), chlorine did not reach to at least 50ppm, staff was unable to locate the drain plugs, since the facility is using single-use utensils for customers and not much dishes need to be washed, facility was allowed to use a cambro filling up with chlorine sanitizer to sanitize the dishes manually. Once you found the drain plugs, use the two comparment sink for manual sanitization.
      • CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED (date to be corrected by: asap and inspector will conduct a follow up inspection on April 13, 2026)
      • - Staff prepared a new chlorine sanitizer, tested at 200ppm

      • 2. Dishwasher was not connected to sanitizer, operator got a new bottle of sanitizer but did not register at 50ppm, please use the dishwasher for wash and rinse cycle ONLY, operator prepared a sink of bleach sanitizer from the two compartment sink, please keep doing it until the dishwasher is fixed
